Quest for Excellence, in association with its Scottish partner Thinktastic, will be bringing a bit of Disney magic to Scotland on Monday October 17th, when it will be hosting a full-day event for leading Scottish business and organisational leaders at Edinburgh's 'Our Dynamic Earth'. Quest for Excellence and Thinktastic will be flying in from Florida highly-experienced facilitators from the world-renowned Disney Institute to showcase the methods and techniques it uses, showing Scotland how to add that magical ingredient to its own business mix.
It's all about bringing the innovation of Disney into everyday work, transforming ways of doing and thinking through the power of its business practices and techniques to create superb customer service. At a time of economic downturn, the Disney Institute will be bringing messages and practical examples of just what can be achieved by adopting different business management techniques.
