27/06/09 – New measures in West Lothian

Thinktastic has just been awarded a cracking contract by West Lothian Council. The aim:  to reduce alcohol consumption in three communities in two years. Our approach will be to shift attitudes from viewing alcohol as a means to get drunk to something which can be pleasurable and life-enhancing.

We will do so not by exhortation, but by involving directly and imaginatively target the whole local population in creating the solution. This is right up our street and provides a great chance to use our unique Thinktastic approach to tackle one of Scotland’s most abiding challenges.
