Bring diverse people into one room, breath new life into the proceedings, create a sense of fun and use creativity to unleash confidence and ideas – this is the approach Thinktastic has used again and again to mine breakthrough ideas, get buy-in (even from the most resistant) and develop winning ways forward.
Do you know of a better investment? It avoids endless meetings, Chinese whispers, uncertainty, tension, departmentalism and sinking morale. We know, because our clients tell us. Bring Thinktastic in to lead your people on a positive journey and see the results.

The Opening Of TACT: Scotland
TACT, one of the nation’s largest foster care agencies asked Thinktastic to create a memorable Scottish launch event. Using childlike drawings and bright colours to branded and theme the event, we then went on to host a discussion on the day – with children and adults coming up with great ideas on how to make Scotland a brighter place for children. 100 guests attended and the feedback? Fantastic!

Talking Up For A Change
Four events held creating a new momentum for change – a partnership between St. George’s School for Girls and Craigroyston Community High School, an accountancy firm adopting the Seattle Fish market philosophy and a sports organisation moving from a prosaic handbook to a series of exciting marketing materials. We achieved a massive amount of national publicity around Talking Up for a Change (worth an estimated commercial equivalent value of £285,000) and received requests for speakers from as far afield as New Zealand. We mention this merely as an exemplar of how big changes in attitude and behaviours can result from left field approaches.

South Edinburgh
Thinktastic hosted an event in South Edinburgh, for the Neighbourhood Partnership, where young people presented their ideas on the future using film and dramatics. This inspired lively table discussions with adults – great ideas produced which will form a new action plan. The feedback? “Still a positive buzz around and many say it was the best event they had ever been to.”
“Still a positive buzz around … with many saying it was the best event they had ever been to. Your endless enthusiasm engages even the biggest sceptics amongst us. And, the way you involve young people and make them feel a very important part of the overall process is a skill which cannot be taught. Lots of people can learn from you.”
Scott Donkin. Partnership Development Officer, City of Edinburgh Council
“We wanted a big, dynamic, aspirational day, and Thinktastic delivered. It was high-energy, stretching, fun and fast-paced. We achieved what we set out to, and they were on our wavelength throughout.”
Anne Sibbald, Associate Director of Academic Development, Edinburgh Napier University
“My sincere thanks for your uplifting speech at our UNISA KwaZulu-Natal Students’ Street Law Programme Award Ceremony. I was particularly pleased with the words of wisdom and encouragement you shared with our students, giving them a welcome boost.”
Magnate Ntombela, Regional Director, University of South Africa - Kwazulu Natal
