Never has the need to upskill been greater – especially in how we communicate. Wherever we sit in an organisation learning and growth are vital in today’s fast moving world. Thinktastic’s courses are right on the button for organisations keen to create excellence in their internal and external communications. Thinktastic’s training is distinctive in three ways: They are fun (we believe in the power of humour to get people relaxed and happy), they are highly interactive, getting participants involved from the start and, they use high levels of motivation to ensure participants don’t just learn but gain confidence in applying what they know with immediate results.
Below is a taste of the courses we offer:

NHS Conference
Thinktastic branded and facilitated an NHS Conference for Allied Health Professionals. 'Maximising Potential' attracted 270 professionals and created some fantastic outputs. Thinktastic used humour and fun to elicit improvement ideas and the report we produced became a toolkit for change and new ideas. Each delegate left with an inspirational memento. The feedback?
"Seeing at first hand 270 frontline practitioners inspired to run with and pledge to new ideas was uplifting."
